Data responsibilities: who collects border, tax and service data
This directory lists records collected by Rwanda's border, tax and digital service systems. Each row names the collecting body, the purpose, the legal basis where a source states it and who may access the data. Law No 058/2021 of 13 October 2021 governs personal data, supervised by the National Cyber Security Authority 1. Personal data must be stored in Rwanda. Storage abroad needs a certificate from the authority 2.
